Executive Team

At OOC , we believe in delivering seamless service and providing solutions to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.

To achieve this objective, we have put together a team of Nigerians that have distinguished themselves in accountancy and related services, banking and management information systems.

The executive team include;

Olaolu Olabimtan
(B.Sc Accounting, M.B.A, F.C.T.I, F.C.A, A.C.F.E, AICPA Certified IFRS Expert)
Partner

Olaolu has the B.Sc Accounting and the M.B.A Finance degrees of the University of Lagos.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He passed the qualifying examinations at first sitting in 1990.
He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

Olaolu is an associate of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is also certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as an IFRS expert.
He trained with KPMG and AWD before moving on to Price Waterhouse Coopers thereby acquiring world-class experiences at both trainee and senior levels in the industry.

Olaolu has also acquired experience in the financial services sector, having worked with Intercontinental Bank Plc, Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited and First Bank of Nigeria Plc.
He has attended many courses in Nigeria and overseas including the Advance Corporate Accounts Management Course of Servexcel India and the Executive Development Programme of the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business.

Hakeem Kareem

Hakeem has a total of fourteen (14) years working experience and holds the B.Sc Accounting degree of the Oxford Brookes university, Oxford UK.

He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria

Hakeem is also an associate of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is also certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as an IFRS expert.
Hakeem has acquired vast experience in the accounting profession both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, thereby having local and international Knowledge.
He also has experience in the retail and mortgage industry, having worked with Pinnacle consulting in the UK.

Olubusola Akibola

Olubusola trained with Akin Taiwo and Company and also KPMG where she acquired world-class experience in the industry.
Olubusola has also acquired vast experience in the Oil and Gas and Financial sectors, having worked with Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited and Omegabank Plc.

Olubusola has the H.N.D Accountancy degree of the Yaba College of Technology, the Diploma in Computing of the University of Lagos, the Post Graduate Diploma in Finance of the Delta State University and the M.B.A Finance degree of the University of Abuja.
She is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Ismail Abayomi Badru
(H.N.D Accountancy (Distinction), A.C.A)
Senior Associate

Ismail who has a total of thirteen (13) years working experience graduated with a distinction in HND Accountancy from the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic.
He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Ismail has acquired vast experience in the financial services sector; he has worked with Heritage Assurance Company Limited, Capital Assets Limited and Access Bank Plc.
He has valuable experience in accountancy and auditing having worked at different times in the accounts, auditing and operations departments of the organisations he has been with.
He is very versatile with soft wares and is indeed an expert in several banking and accounting softwares.
